Our roots are in the Bay Area and we have decades of experience in commercial facility management. Our leadership spans two generations and 30+ years, developing a tradition of providing great service to our clients.
After spending many years in commercial real estate management, our founder Tim realized there was a market for specialized cleaning services in Class A buildings. Thirty-three years ago he started McNevin Cleaning Specialists with eight employees, two used trucks, and a state-of-the-art fax machine!
McNevin’s mission:

Tim’s daughter Molly joined the company in 1998 after her own career in commercial property management in San Francisco. When she arrived there was an immediate shift in how the business was run. Goodbye to pagers, typewriters, and hand-written reports; hello to cell phones, computers, and internet connection.
Building on Tim’s foundation, Molly, along with Bill Nicolay, integrated technology into the business, continued optimizing our cleaning processes and grew the business to be even more successful.
Nate joined McNevin in 2007, bringing a sales/marketing background along with leadership skills. Molly, Bill, and Nate have elevated McNevin to be the strongest commercial cleaning specialists in the Bay Area.
